It’s no secret : I love contrasts.
Some may say “We don’t see anything on that picture!”.
Well, yes and no.
This is all about the story : we see a beam of light cutting the darkness like a knife, we see a walking man, obviously going down the street of a city (somewhere in San Francisco). It was a hot day, we can assume that because of the shirt. He wears a white shirt, the rest is dark, he seems very small compared to the buildings. Your eye keeps riveted on him. We always focus on bright spots on a picture. And he is almost at the corner of the light’s rays. It is not easy to ut the yes away from him.
It’s all there.
Having more details of the street would in my opinion not bring anything more to the picture.
What’s your opinion?
